Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Geoptimizer. By creating an account or using our free tools you agree to them. The short version: use the service honestly, pay for what you use, and understand that AI visibility measurements are statistical samples, not guarantees.

The service

Geoptimizer queries AI engines through their official APIs and reports how your brand appears in their answers. Scores are computed with our published methodology and depend on third-party systems we do not control; results are provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. AI providers retire and replace models over time — where a model becomes unavailable, we substitute a comparable one.

Plans & billing

  • Paid plans renew monthly or annually until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
  • Plan allowances (prompts, scans, premium-model scans, AI prompt batches) are counted per workspace per month, reset each billing cycle, and do not roll over. Limits are enforced automatically and described on the pricing page.
  • Billing is processed by Stripe under their terms.

Promotional codes

  • Promotional codes are valid only during their stated window, apply only to the plan and billing period they name, and discount the first billing period only unless stated otherwise.
  • Each code may be redeemed once per person. Creating additional accounts or email addresses to redeem a code again is not permitted, and we may cancel discounts obtained that way.
  • We may modify or withdraw a promotion at any time; redemptions already completed keep their discount.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or quotas, including on free tools.
  • Do not use the service to audit or monitor sites you have no legitimate interest in.
  • Do not resell scan capacity, and do not share your account credentials — access is personal to you.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect; continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
